The Hadrian's Wall Path is accessable from our gate.

A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at our elegantly furnished Edwardian family house with many interesting original features set in half an acre of mature gardens. Priorfield is in a peaceful and secluded location, yet only a few minutes walk into the historical village centre and River Tyne walks.

You will be able to relax and unwind in one of our individually designed, spacious and elegantly furnished bedrooms. Both rooms have extremely comfortable beds, quality feather pillows, thermostatically controlled radiators, digital TV, free Wi-Fi access, tea and coffee making tray and overlook the mature leafy gardens with an amazing weeping willow & copper beech tree.

A hearty Northumbrian breakfast is taken round our antique yew wood, communal dining table in our elegant dining room with cosy woodburning stove on those chilly mornings. Fresh local produce is used whenever possible.
